cms tool for building a personal site mixing with your life stream
Nowadays I'm writing random content in too many external sites (google+, facebook, twitter, instagram, github, ...) plus my own site (a blog with posts and pages) and a wiki.
I would like to centralize everything, mixing all: the content in my cms with the external sources. Showing a index where i can show all my writings and life stream ordered by date, with tags and/or categorized. If i can fetch all the external content to my site (something that works like a cache for example) will be great.
I'm sorry because I don't know exactly what kind of web project i'm looking for and I have not clear if exist some projects (in PHP it would be great for me) that could match well with my explanation...
Can anybody suggest projects like i'm talking about or similar to that?
